My first foray into game sound was an XCOM 2 voicepack mod I started in 2018. I recorded, tracked, and implemented (via Unreal Engine) one near fully voiced character, and multiple semi-realized characters. This project led me to learning more about Wwise, and so was ultimately abandoned before completion to make time for my Wwise Adventure Game project.
This is a brief look at my process creating the mod, and some of the results.
